When you use IFIX, we collect the messages you send (your questions and queries) along with the equipment model you are enquiring about and the time of your interaction. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal information unless you choose to include it in your message.
Chat logs are stored securely in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud storage located in the Asia Pacific region. Access is restricted to authorised Nursery Automation staff only.
We use chat logs to understand what equipment questions are being asked, identify gaps in our knowledge base, and improve the assistant over time. Logs may also be reviewed by Nursery Automation staff for quality assurance purposes.
Chat logs are retained for up to 12 months, after which they may be deleted or anonymised.
We do not sell or share your chat data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. The app is hosted on Vercel, which processes web requests as part of serving the application. Equipment manuals and chat logs are stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud storage. AI responses are generated via AWS Bedrock, which uses Anthropic's Claude model. Please refer to the privacy policies of Vercel, AWS, and Anthropic for further detail.
You have the right to request access to information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, contact your nursery administrator directly.
IFIX is an AI-powered assistant built on Claude, developed by Anthropic and accessed through AWS Bedrock. The application is hosted on Vercel, with equipment documents and chat logs stored in AWS S3. It answers questions by reading equipment manuals and knowledge base documents provided by Nursery Automation. It does not browse the internet or access live information.
While IFIX draws directly from official equipment documentation, AI systems can misinterpret, omit, or occasionally present information incorrectly. You should always verify safety-critical information against the original manual or consult a qualified technician before carrying out any work.
IFIX is an information tool, not a substitute for qualified technical or horticultural advice. For complex repairs, warranty work, or anything involving personal safety, please contact Nursery Automation or a certified service agent directly.
Nursery Automation uses AWS Bedrock to access Claude. By default, AWS Bedrock does not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models. Your queries are not used to improve Anthropic's models.
IFIX is intended for equipment support queries related to Nursery Automation products. Please do not include sensitive personal information, confidential business data, or anything unrelated to equipment support in your messages.
If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, please contact your nursery administrator directly. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
